Our EuroTechTM (Euro Technology) construction consists of a rigid polystyrene core combined with stiles and rails made from solid wood pieces that are finger-jointed and edge-glued. This Euro Technology construction method provides for remarkable durability, stability, and thermal performance, all without sacrificing beauty. The real mahogany wood veneer allows for the coveted high-end look and feel of a solid mahogany wood door while allowing for increased performance.

GD-801 Exterior Door Model Collection
A timeless design, Model Collection 801 features classic arched top wood entry doors that will certainly leave a stunning first impression. The in stock models are offered in either an espresso finish or a walnut finish, though custom finish options are available upon request. The in stock models are also available in varying sizes, though this collection is certainly better for wider entrances, since all of our in stock models come with sidelites. The lower half of the door features raised wood panels with no raised molding, showcasing the natural beauty of the wood grain, while upper half of the door features privacy cathedral glass panels, pushing away unwanted eyes while letting in loads of natural light. The instock sidelites offered with these wood entry doors mirror the design of the door while also extending the arch design. If these in stock orders do not match your vision, do not worry: we offer custom entry doors that can meet your exact size, finish, and glass specifications, amongst many other design choices.
Furthermore, our doors are built to last. Our innovative Euro Technology construction method, in which our doors are produced with a so-called sandwich design, allows for drastically better thermal performance and resistance to wear and tear as opposed to standard solid wood doors. By inserting a unique thermal insulating core in between stiles and rails made from real European wood and real wood veneers, we are able to achieve the exact same look and feel of a traditional wood door while improving performance.
