Stiles and rails made from solid wood pieces are finger-jointed and edge-glued, while the core of the panel is made of a rigid polystyrene. What Makes Pivot Doors Special
Pivot Doors are built with hinges that are slightly offset from the door frame attached at the top and bottom of the door. This pivot construction allows for doors to reach far larger sizes but comes with some drawbacks, such as poor insulation. To prevent these drawbacks, we build our pivot doors with double rabbeted jambs, a multi-point locking system, and our award-winning EUROTECHTM (Euro Technology).
