Glenview Doors and Dubell Lumber Partner for an AIA Lunch and Learn

This Thursday, Glenview Doors worked alongside Dubell Lumber to offer the “AIA Lunch and Learn NJ Shore Edition” seminar at the newly renovated Resorts Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City.

Offering 4 HSW credits, the companies provided AIA certified CEU (Continued Education Units) to over 50 architects in the New Jersey Shore area. The seminar, hosted by Dubell Lumber, included four presentations by some of the nations most prominent companies such as Marvin Windows, Versatex Trimboard, Trex Outdoor Living, and Glenview Doors.

Bringing Experience and Expertise to the AIA Lunch and Learn

Due to their many years of experience and expertise, Dubell Lumber invited Glenview Doors to present to New Jersey architects on the “Ins & Outs of Engineered & Composite Doors.” Approved by the AIA (American Institute of Architects), this presentation outlined the construction of engineered wood and flush composite doors and how they are made. The presenter, Glenview Doors Business Manager Darek Szyszko, also reviewed both the ideal requirements for installation as well as coinciding architectural styles. Darek explored the parameters that test energy efficiency and how each construction style compares. He concluded the presentation with a review of the recommended finishing process of the wood.

Both Dubell Lumber and Glenview Doors were very happy with the experience. Glenview Doors founder and CEO Greg Wozniak said, “It was a pleasure to partner with Dubell Lumber. To present to such an exceptional group of architects was a great experience. Also, I was glad to see a lot of interest about our innovative Euro Technology and the benefits it provides.”
